At WA SPEAKS, we are honored to showcase the inspiring individuals who are not only shaping our program but also molding the broader landscape of social justice and community outreach. This month, we're thrilled to turn the spotlight on one of our remarkable speakers, Thomas Jackson, CPC. His journey and ongoing contributions are a beacon of hope and transformation in the realm of social justice.

Here's More About Thomas from His Perspective:

I am a transplant from Oakland, California that has embarked on a transformative journey within the realm of social justice. I began as a peer in the Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion program, offering a lifeline to individuals at the intersection of justice and addiction. With unwavering dedication, I rose to become a H.A.R.P.S. peer, reshaping the program's dynamics by advocating for more comprehensive support systems.

My impact grew as I assumed the role of Peer Bridger Supervisor, overseeing operations across five counties. My leadership, characterized by empathy and innovation, fostered lasting change in countless lives. Today, as the Program Manager for the Washington Peer Network, I orchestrate a symphony of empowerment, uniting peers across the state to amplify their voices and expand their reach. My life's work epitomizes the power of one individual's commitment to making a difference. My journey from peer to manager is a testament to the potential for change when compassion and determination intersect on the path to justice and healing.
