I began as a peer in the Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion program, offering a lifeline to individuals at the intersection of justice and addiction. With unwavering dedication, I rose to become a H.A.R.P.S. peer, reshaping the program's dynamics by advocating for more comprehensive support systems.
My impact grew as I assumed the role of Peer Bridger Supervisor, overseeing operations across five counties. My leadership, characterized by empathy and innovation, fostered lasting change in countless lives. Today, as the Program Manager for the Washington Peer Network, I orchestrate a symphony of empowerment, uniting peers across the state to amplify their voices and expand their reach.
